Audrey Brewer

FOUNDER, DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Audrey is a Charlotte-area native with a passion for leaving the humans around her better than she found them. She graduated with a degree in International Studies/German from UNC Charlotte, where she was also a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority. She now works as the North American Marketing Manager for a German recycling machinery manufacturer. If she's not working or running errands for Flo Charlotte, you can find her chicken-tending, gardening, painting, playing ukulele or serving as an advisor for the Sigma Kappa chapter at Coastal Carolina University.

Elizabeth Ouzts

ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR

Elizabeth is a native South Carolinian who moved "up north" to Charlotte in 1998. A graduate of Furman University, she is a Lead Business Analyst for a financial institution. 

Passionate about making a difference in the world, Elizabeth volunteers for Moms Demand Action and other grass roots organizations.  She loves reading, photography, and spending time with her wonderful husband Jason and amazing daughter, Madeline.

Ricketa HARVEY

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Ricketa moved to Charlotte in 2015. Born and raised in Memphis TN, Ricketa is a southern girl through and through. She attended college in Jackson, MS at Jackson State University, B.S. in Computer Engineering and holds a MBA from Webster University. Her strengths as a planner and communicator are used daily in her role as a Technical Project Manager for a retail company. In her free time, she enjoys leading her High School girl’s small group, running, and serving in multiple capacities in service organizations throughout Charlotte.
